How to use:
Listen to day 1 for one whole day ( preferably before bed time )
Listen to day 2 for the next day etc
The reason behind this is so the brain doesn’t get used to one frequency and it stays fresh at every week.
I’ve gotten great gains from this and so has most of my friends. There are some who have only gotten small gains
or even none at all in the beginning and I’ll make a post explaining why in the future.
